The Cassini I son everyone has been looking for!
A highly modern and highly refined Cassini I son from the 2005 approval in Holstein. The Breeding Director, Dr. Nissen, confirmed that he has an outstanding top line and absolutely perfect conformation as well as three very good gaits and an energetic push-off at the jump with a well arched back and enormous ability. His sire, Cassini I, is one of the most popular jumper-makers with breeders the world over. Under Franke Sloothaak he won ribbons at Nations Cups and World Cups and has meanwhile produced numerous sport horses that have reached international level such as Cumano (Jos Lansink/NL) and Isolvas Olympic (Steve Guerdat/CH), a participant in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, or Eurocommerce Berlin (Wim Schröder/NL), Damhus Carino (Uli Kirchhof) and Hofgut Liderbach's Ingmar
(Pia-Luise Aufrecht).
Calico's dam, Caprice III, also produced the licensed stallion, Bollvorm's Lagunas, who passed his 100 day test in Warendorf (1995) with flying colors with a very high partial index in jumping (137.53). In Rhineland he sired several good jumpers before he became active in the Netherlands. A full sister of Calico received State Premium and passed her performance test with a 9.0! This line 6660 has also produced four other closely related State Premium mares, including two champion mares of their breeding area.
