Florianus is by the most popular and highly profiled stallion in the Westphalian breed, Florestan I. He is out of the exceptional St. Pr. St. mare Die Dame. Three generations of this female line have been winners at the Westpahlian Elite broodmare show and have represented Germany on a European level in Brussels. This mare line has produced many licensed stallions.
Florianus successfully participated at the 2003 Bundeschampionat in Warendorf and the 2004 World Championships for young dressage horses. He took 2nd place under Karin Rehbein in an Intermediaire I test at the age of 7. He has won numerous ribbons at Grand Prix.
