In 1997 Rheingau was second reserve champion of the 7th NRW main licensing in Munster-Handorf. In 1998 he was reserve champion of his 100 day performance test in Warendorf. In 1999 and 2000 he took place in the Bundeschampionat. He is currently competing up to S level.
Rheingau’s offspring are successful at basic level tests and have earned their sire the dressage breeding value of 136 points.
