Oldenburg Champion Stallion 2005 – new bloodlines are refreshing!

As the radiant Champion Stallion of the 2005 Oldenburg approval he conquered the hearts of the spectators with his imposing presentations. Always uphill, one step just like the other, an elastic and ground covering trot, a great canter and a walk with perfect rhythm plus the maximum when it comes to type and presence: Kaiser Karl has all the ingredients for a future dressage star. There was a good reason he sold for 420,000 Euro – a sensational record price at any of the Oldenburg stallion auctions to date! And his pedigree is also highly interesting: Kaiser Karl comes from the first crop of our Krack C son, Kaiser Franz, who once more proved the enormous hereditary power of the famous Rubinstein line.


The dam, Jeanne d'Arc, like two of her sisters a State Premium mare, is a daughter of the Holstein Landgraf grandson, Lefèvre, who meanwhile has several advanced level offspring in sport. In the next generation you find Zeoliet, a highly esteemed Ramiro son in the Netherlands who sired many international show jumpers but also has a high breeding value for dressage. Since Lefèvre's sire, Lombard, is also out of a Ramiro dam, this stallion of the century is found twice in his pedigree. To wrap it all up, the Irish Thoroughbred, Ballyvie, adds a particularly valuable steel factor.
