A gorgeous "European stallion" with supple-elastic basic paces bursting with talent for jumping, Guidam de Henry's exquisite pedigree is his calling card: the sire, Guidam, won many Grand Prix and is a son of Quidam de Revel who is popular in practically all of the European breeds. He won the bronze team medal at the Olympic Games in Barcelona with Hervé Godignon (France) and in the years that followed he also won several Grand Prix with Charlotte and Thomas Velin (Denmark). Just like the dam's sire, Quito de Baussy, he is a son of Jalisco B. Quito de Baussy is another internationally successful jumper who became the 1990 World Champion in show jumping with the French rider, Eric Navet. Admiral Z by Almé Z (out of a dam by Fürst Ferdinand-Römischer Prinz) is found in the third generation of his pedigree and since Quidam de Revel and Quito de Baussy are his grandsons, this line founding stallion is found three times in the fourth generation. The Hanoverian stallion, Drost (by Duft II), rounds off his pedigree. Guidam de Henry passed his 30 day test in Vechta in 2002 and then proceeded to win several novice to medium level tests for young jumpers with Heinrich Richter. He has now advanced to medium level, category A tests. Guidam de Henry – because performance counts! |
